Because these values are used for building economic indicators for political economic analysis and recommendations, it is important to guarantee its accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to have a Quality Control System that would be able to detect irregular extreme amounts. In this paper several ways to control information are offered with commands included in the Microsoft Excel spredsheet as: AND, OR, NOT, Range, Name, Consolidation, Validation. Some of these features may be used more than other ones, but all of them are presented in one document for an easy and complete consult. Also there are some examples about the system tools using for an automatic spredsheet analysis.
